Needs Analysis Survey Questions

1. What do you consider effective technology integration? - What do you know about technology integration?
2. What types of technology do you currently use with your students? (We can pull from my EDT 210/415 survey)
3. How comfortable are you with the use of web 2.0 tools? - What, if any, Web 2.0 tools are you familiar with?
4. If you were given a chance to work on a certificate in Educational Technology, what things would you expect to learn?
5. Do you feel that your school district contains effective training for the use of technology within the curriculum?
6. What grade level do you currently teach?
7. Are you interested in the use of technology for Special Education students?
8. If you are not in the teaching profession, how can a certificate in Ed Tech help your business?
9. Describe your ideal job. How do you envision using educational technology in the ideal job?
10. Business: What types of instruction do you currently conduct? Are they online or traditional classroom based? Do you find the instruction successful? Why or why not?
11. How much instruction do you intend to do online vs. traditional classroom or hybrid in the future?
12. What issues do you have in your classroom that that you feel you could resolve with proper technology integration?
13. Are you familiar with the TPACK model?


The more I think about this the more I think that these need to be a series of interviews and not surveys - especially on the business side. (I think on both sides)
